Afghanistan, Febuary 2010

If you didn't already know Mitch & I are major dog lovers, and wish we could take care of every dog that is treated badly and give them a good home. Mitch has found a bunch of new friends in Afghanistan and they all have 4 legs. This is just one of the many pups he's wanted to bring home.

Febuary!

It's already Febuary, which makes me so happy, because it just means that time is going by fast, and before Harper & I know it, her daddy will be coming home for a short but exciting visit, and he'll be able to hold her for the first time, give her kisses with his own lips, love on her & change her diapers. hehe. Right now we are looking at April, but that could change anytime, Mitch will be home for 15 days, & he's definatly going to have his hands full. I can't wait!

Mitch & Afghanistan

Mitch has got to be the strongest person I have ever known, he is a hero, a dad, a man of his words, a friend, & has the biggest heart. We are so Proud & Thankful of/for him, and those who serve this country everyday....
P.S. I'm the luckiest girl in the world to have Mitch in my life, he is my best friend, my husband, the father to my child and my forever. LOVE YOU MITCHY!!

Living-Loving-& the whole 9 yards....

For the last few months our lives have been; crazy, busy, sad, hard,scary, fun, and with everything we are facing good or bad our world is amazing. Mitch is doing well, we're excited for his leave so he can come home, and hold his baby girl. He's been keeping busy in Afghanistan, they've gotten some snow and it's been cold, right now they're on guard duty, and some missions, the warmer it gets the more missions they will have. Harper is blooming like crazy, she was two months on January 20th, and is already 3-6 month clothing. she's growing more and more everyday, and is so strong. She is the light of her mommy and daddy's life. She is always smiling, trying to tell us stories...she's an amazing baby! and we could not be more blessed.
