Mitch, Abby, and Harper Thewes

So for the last month or so Mitch, and I have been back home in Idaho. As of today though our second adventure begins, Mitch headed off to Italy, then will soon deploy to Afghanistan. No matter how many times you say goodbye it never gets easier. I am so proud of my husband and couldn't be more blessed or grateful for what we have. This next year is definitly going to be the hardest thing we've ever gone through, but in the end it will have been worth it. Our relationship can only get stronger, and with Harper being here the time will fly by fast I hope. Mitch is my world and I don't know what I am going to do without him, but with Harper and family and friends close by we'll get through this.

I love you Mitch!!! I am so proud and blessed to be your wife, I am going to make you so proud while you're gone, and your daughter and I are going to pray everynight you're away. We love you!!!

On a lighter note, haha I gotta stop crying. Harper is due November 18th, but I have a gut feeling she's not going to wait that long to join us. My mom, Mitch's mom and I are going to be starting prepared baby classes next week, so hopefully I'll have a better feeling about the birth. My pregnacy has been a bittersweet thing, with being so sick, and having Mitch leave, and moving and all the stress and sickness, I'm not even excited about giving birth, but I know in the end this too will all be worth the pain. I'm so excited to meet my daughter, and be able to hold her an kiss her, and watch her grow.

To my little family!- Mitch, Harper, Jordan, and Gigdet,
you are my life,my world, and I am so grateful to the lord for blessing me with such an amazing best friend/husband, daughter, and the two best dogs ever!! I don't know what'd I do without you all.
